At PetWorld, we want your furry friend to look their absolute best, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges on our pet apparel. If the fit isn't perfect or the style isn't right, we are here to help you find the ideal replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn pet clothing back in its original packaging with all designer tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
